At MYNOXN, we want every handcrafted desktop Christmas tree you receive to reflect the quality, charm, and presentation represented in our store.

Each product is carefully crafted using soft, high-quality fabrics—including chenille, plush, and cozy knitted yarn—and features illuminated tree-top stars, festive character ornaments, ribbon bows, built-in soft LED lighting, and natural wood or woven bases. Products are carefully inspected before shipment. If an eligible item arrives damaged or defective, or develops a qualifying manufacturing issue during the applicable warranty period, our customer care team will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

90-Day Limited Warranty

Most eligible MYNOXN products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty, beginning on the date the order is delivered.

The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects or functional problems that arise during normal and intended use.

Depending on the product, the nature of the issue, and available inventory, an appropriate solution may include:

  • A replacement product

  • A replacement component or accessory (e.g., replacement LED light wires, bases, or decorative accents)

  • Store credit

  • A refund, where appropriate

The resolution offered will depend on the individual circumstances of the warranty claim.

What the Warranty May Cover

1. Manufacturing Defects

Qualifying defects in materials, fabric stitching (chenille, plush, knitted yarn), frame construction, or overall assembly that affect the product's normal intended use.

2. LED Lighting & Electrical Components

For eligible light-up desktop trees, the warranty covers unexpected electrical or lighting issues, such as:

  • Non-functioning or flickering LED lights

  • Faulty light switches or battery boxes

  • Wiring defects arising during normal intended use

3. Ornaments, Accents & Base Components

For eligible products, the warranty covers unexpected manufacturing issues involving:

  • Attached holiday ornaments (Santa Claus, snowmen, gingerbread men, reindeer)

  • Light-up tree-top stars

  • Decorative ribbon bows

  • Wooden or woven bases

4. Products Damaged Upon Arrival

Products that arrive damaged, incomplete, missing components, or non-functional as a result of transportation or handling qualify for prompt assistance and resolution.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The limited warranty generally does not cover problems resulting from:

  • Accidental drops, impact damage, torn fabrics, or broken wooden bases caused by improper handling

  • Misuse or use outside the product's intended indoor decorative purpose

  • Exposure to moisture, liquid spills, rain, or outdoor elements

  • Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or alterations to the LED wiring or battery pack

  • Normal wear and tear over time

  • Cosmetic variations resulting from ordinary handling

  • Damage caused by improper cleaning or storage

  • Loss or theft

  • Claims submitted after the 90-day warranty period

Handcrafted Variation Note: Minor differences in hand-stitching, fabric texture, yarn dye lots, bow symmetry, or decorative placement are characteristic of handcrafted products and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Products

If your MYNOXN order arrives damaged, defective, or missing an included component, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

To help us assess the issue efficiently, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name and email address

  • A short explanation of the problem

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

  • A short video if the issue concerns the LED lighting or electrical function

  • Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label if damaged during transit

Please retain the product and its original packaging until our customer care team has reviewed your request.

Replacement Products

When a replacement is approved, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the same product model.

If the original design is out of stock or discontinued, we may offer:

  • A comparable replacement from our current collections

  • Store credit

  • Another mutually agreed solution

Refunds Under Warranty

Approval of a warranty claim does not automatically mean a full cash refund will be issued. Refund eligibility depends on the specific circumstances of the claim and our Return & Refund Policy. When a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method.

  • Gently spot clean soft fabrics (chenille, plush, knitted yarn) with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth; do not submerge in water or machine wash.

  • Handle attached ornaments, ribbon bows, and light-up stars with care.

  • Turn off LED lights when not in use to conserve battery power.

  • Store securely in a dry, cool place inside the original packaging when the holiday season ends.
